We partnered with oncologists, computer scientists, and biostatisticians to pioneer new methods for analyzing electronic health records using large language models. We built pipelines that reconstruct full patient treatment trajectories and apply causal inference to identify what interventions improve outcomes. Current projects span pancreatic, lung, and colorectal cancers, with the goal of advancing real-world evidence and informing clinical practice.
